Put Tracepoints & Logpoints
In order to gather valuable insights from your application, you can start setting tracepoints for your applications. Before setting a tracepoint, make sure that:
- Source code on the correct repository and branch is connected for remote application.
- You have installed the Sidekick agents correctly
- Applications are selected in the Applications panel.
When the previous steps are completed, you can start putting tracepoints into your source code. You can do it by just clicking on the gutter area for a specific line of code or right clicking to the desired line. See the below videos for your reference:
